You MUST do a winery tour! Moldova has the biggest wineries in the world, and they're fascinating. There are two: Milestii Mici (the biggest) and Cricova (the second biggest). The wine is better at Milestii Mici, but the tour is better run in Cricova (Crivoca is where foreign dignitaries go). Also include a wine tasting in the tour, it's excellent. There's also one called "Etcetera", it's a smaller, family-run winery. They have a pool, a small landing strip for those who come by tiny planes (yeah you heard me), cabins for you to stay overnight in (perfect if you drank alot of wine), and camp fires at night! Their breakfast buffet is very good too 😉 Purcari is the best wine IMO. You can find them at most grocery stores and they're super cheap. ♥
