Nice to see you back working on the road! The previous Amsterdam episode was memory lane for us growing up there. A lot more extra work (and potential YT issues) but the extra filmclips to emphasize an experience put icing on the cake 😅

Your stop in Wetzlar was approximately 2 hours West of a place I was stationed in the Army in 1988, Wildflecken. A monastery there makes some of the best beer in the World. Enjoy Deutschland

I was in Kaiserslautern in 1987 to 1989, 1st sig Ben, 5th sig bde. and again from 1992 to 1995, 11th sig bn, 32nd aadcom in the Army after Desert Shield/ Desert Storm 35th sig bn, 82nd abn. Out Of Ft. Bragg, NC. Hoorah!

Seems like you are settling back into travel, less than a month a Schengen sounds tight on the timings especially now Croatia is Schengen.

We are doing better this time but the clock still ticks. We’ve been in Romania and Bulgaria for the past couple weeks trying bank up some more Schengen time.

She is a Mexican rescue and we have not done a dna test but we think she’s possibly chihuahua, mini pin, dachshund.

She has a backpack that we bring with us almost everywhere and she is very comfortable in there.

What I love about Europe is the walkability of just about any place you visit. You can leave your vehicle parked and walk or use public transport. The small towns outside of the big city also can provide those totally unexpected experiences that you just can't predict. Enjoy your travels.
