The card from Monas that you threw away can be used for e-money in every services in Jakarta that requires e-money access such as entrance to tourist rides, paying for toll roads, public transportation like subway and transjakarta, parking, etc. thats why u saw jakarta the city of collaboration sign.

For motorbike parking in big malls, in my opinion it is a bit confusing, I am a Jakartan who is often confused about where to park, and for parking cards you can use e-money, e-money can be used to pay for parking, take the train, take the busway (transjakarta), etc. not all malls require using a card, some can use money, but if you can't use money you can actually borrow a parking card from an officer/other person but You have to replace the balance you used from the card. The card can be purchased at Indomaret/Alfamart, by the way, actually the Monas card can be used as a parking card. Oh yeah, I just found out that there are malls in Jakarta that prohibit bringing cameras into malls, but don't worry, there are still many other malls that allow you to shoot in them.

Hi Carlos...because you like traveling around Indonesia.. when you were in Jakarta you should visit Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII).. TMII is a huge park with real size traditional houses from all around Indonesia and it also has some museum. You can learn about province in Indonesia by visiting their pavilion (traditional houses).. TMII is a must visit place for tourist first time to Indonesia to learn about this country

Carlos...kudos to you...not many foreign visitors/travellers have the balls to maneuver through the chaotic Jakarta traffic....however becareful that some parts of the main roads in Jakarta are off limits for motorbikes, make sure you follow the route suggested by google map, examples would be the Semanggi Cloverleaf bridge near Jakarta SCBD, toll roads, long elevated roads (non toll ones) are also off limits for safety reasons (cross winds)...Take care and keep safe

What you must visit if you are in Indonesia is the city of Cirebon, especially East Cirebon. You can visit Alun Alun Ciledug which has lots of games and food. Swipe you can visit AJIMUT Hill in Waled Bukit District which is very beautiful. Swipe again and you can go to Baro Beach, Gebang District. There is a very beautiful beach, East Cirebon 250 KM from Jakarta. You can take the train from Senen Station and immediately get off at Ciledug Cirebon Station. Train to Jogyakarta...! In Ciledug Cirebon there are many hotels and accommodation

Ancol is dirty, yes. So I always go to the beach across Ancol (it's called Pulau Seribu / Thousand Islands). It's still in Jakarta and is around 3,5 hour boat ride from Ancol. It's worth it though!

The card u get from monas should be use for parking area in grand indonesia mall, Unfortunately u've thrown it away. So for ur suggest if next time u get some card please keep it safe, Don't underestimated it, it would be usefull.

You can use the card from bank DKI that you used for entering monas to park in west mall. But you just dumped it 😅. E-money card is really an important things in Jakarta. Payment in Jakarta usually using e-money or other digital payment.
