Exactly..if you keep on asking what kind of a building it is....the answer is it is an office building. Those only who are tenants or employees from the company renting there gets the access card. You parked at a non public parking area, unfortunately the kind and cofused secutiry still give you the petmit to park there rather than let you leave the property.

Carlos,, for your information, MRT Jakarta doesn't own parking lot in the city center. The parking lot which manage by the MRT Jakarta only available in Lebak Bulus Grab Station and Fatmawati Indomaret Station near the city's border of Jakarta and South Tangerang (Banten Province) in South Jakarta.

I believe for the next 5 to 10 years this MRT will still be clean eventhough not new again. Why? You may check Transjakarta buses and Commuter Line (KRL), they are still clean evethough fully operated >10 years. If you notice, each carriage has one officer on duty.

if we look at the MRT from singapore, even though it started back in the 1980s, the train stock is always replaced so it is modernised. i would say the same thing will happen with Jakarta. it will always look clean and new due to modernisation and rejuvenation.

I used to live in canada and now i live in dubai. All i know to find parking area was way more difficult than in indonesia. Sure, we have different type of parking area everywhere. And definitely they would never allowed me to park in a reserved parking area or any building with private access card. We need to ask sometimes as foreign. Good luck.

The KAI card you got from Commuter Line must be scanned in MRT because it was issued by Commuter Line, not MRT. If you have a card issued by a Bank or Jakarta government (Jaklingko card), it has been integrated so it can directly be used for all kind of public transportations.

For future refrence, please.... could you do some research first? By watching your atitude and interactions, I strated to wonder where part of Deutschland you are from? You looked like Tarzan that got lost in a city 😢 .
