What better way to visit Ireland than by joining The Irish Rovers to take us around their homeland. We not only get a peek at the land with 20 shades of green, but we also get to hear music as well. Erin go bragh!

Great scenery of my ancestral home. The O’Rourke side of my family came from County Sligo/County Leitrim & my late paternal grandmothers side for my family came from County Limerick. My late mother’s side of my family was from Oslo,Norway. I have Celtic, Viking,Laplander,Iberian & Moor ancestry in my bloodline. My late wife was from the Philippines,she had on her fathers.side of her family Spanish & Irish along with Filipina all mixed. Some of my Viking ancestors might have settled in Ireland.

If your mother was norse, then for sure. the norse vikings came to Ireland (and when we danes came over in the 20th century, and told where we were from, the answer was often "we gave you a good licking at Clontarf back then." Now sit down and have a drink. The Danes went to England, and the swedes went east to Finland and Russia. Such fierce warriors that they became the kings lifeguards (whatever king they chanced to meet).

Somehow ended up here when I randomly thought, "I wonder if the Irish Rovers members are still alive?"
@nopcshere60972 жыл бұрын
All of them are still around, save for the late Jimmy Ferguson who passed suddenly in 1997.
