Manufacturing facilities is a must. It is terrible the country is a consumer based economy, and not a producer based economy. Where each one produces something. Literally the Filipinos are consumer based economy. Consumers based economy choose sparkling malls and retail chains than massive production facilities of automobiles, appliances, aircrafts, etc. The good thing about the nation is it is not driven by massive consumer credit card debts, could be the reason the economy is not diluted by various economic volatility lately.
