Maybe never. County is trying to build 4500 homes around the tracks.....

@@davefroman4700 Yea thats what the future of both tracks comes down to. If that wasn't an issue i think cleetus would repave the track in the future because he has to much invested into it. It seems like building houses next to tracks is part of some scheme of some sorts. seeing how its happening everywhere and in locations where it seems way out of the way to even develop homes. Idk my tin foil hate has molded with my head.
