Amazon has been very good to me for many years, especially when it came to returns or having a broken item sent to me. I think it may be the manufactures fault here, especially if the items were broken or not packaged correctly. Not everything is shipped directly from Amazon's warehouses, I'm not sure how you purchased this or what kind of shipping you had, but, I wish you the best in fixing your issue. I messaged the japanese branch and got a sales receptionist who spoke english and I told him how I wasn't upset about it, but I wanted to know if the ruler was still available and maybe if I could buy it. He's like oh my this shouldn't have happened, and then gave me the ruler and three free liners! :D

I saw that kit i wanted it till i saw how high it was i said nm cause that kit is 100 and some bucks i showed my parents that even they said that is quite expensive! I got a little bit cheaper kit like that its the art 101 menga kit u should try it its much cheaper i do like that one but its too high sorry nice review though! Have a nice day and stay safe!🤗😎😷😷
