The creators I hear talking about excluding Vahl in Dark Dimension always use the same crap excuse about not being essential for arena/crucible and goes with that whole spiel about usability outside of DD. Which is nonsense. Her kit IS dark dimension and is just a viable as taking MinnErva was back in the day for her % health steal/revive, Vahl is the better version of that.

The only reason I truly have pause in bringing Vahl is the osmium since it's the rarest unique and I'm considering bringing Nova for the legendary section. But I'm in this overtuned global section so who knows how long Cosmic will take me to get to lol

She uses osmium, her raid team is probably getting replaced, and she is only used in two nodes of dd unlike minnerva who could be used the entire dd. Also, back in the day, dd enemies had stupidly high health pools compared to the rest of their stats, so the percentage health she did was more important, and minnerva was also a top character in a lot of other modes. So I don't think vahl is quite as impactful. I might still take her if I can get the osmium since there's kind of a dearth of good mystic options

Agreed with the ultimate single target like why. Gladiator’s special and ultimate ability should be switched in term of the target. The effects of the ability you can leave some of these things on the respective abilities

Yeah, once you got two extreme...might as well get a third. However, if you have already geared them, give them a go and see if the nightcrawler sunspot combo is enough and only take the third extreme (forge) if necessary. I limped through with shield trooper, this should be more than adequate if you aren't ready for the next section anyways.

I just started cosmic when he was released so I took him in at 4 stars and he’s doing totally fine. Not insane but holds his own and stays alive longer than 2D BK in global. Cosmic is pretty easy so if you haven’t started it yet he’s worth taking in since he’s an arena necessity when Endgame comes out.

They will find out that when these characters do come out and aren't doing cool or amazing things they will continue not selling characters. They could have done different things outside of doing less text. Your not going to out state some of the best characters in the game. Nor would you want to because future content would also spike way up in difficulty. They way forward is adding new things such as transformation, secondary health bar. Invincible mechanics, master abilities. Doing what they are doing is not the answer.
