Morroc is PVP while Elinia is PVE but Elinia is not that good imo even Rath is better at dps.. even Doram is better than Ellinia

I've heard that Ellinia is still quite good for both PvE and PvP, heck the CBT was running 3v3v3 tests and the meta was all Elli. However, Morroc is currently about to face a nerf in CBT since the HP loss he does can do over 15mil in pvp... Chef hero will be useful when Morroc comes due to chef's HP shield that can even resist HP loss. Either way, Elli is ranged phys dmg while Morroc is magic dmg that could determine which you have gear to build each.
