U forgot to mention how pokemons if they have max affection towards you, they now can resist a hit that would normally kill them with 1hp, or dodge attacks more often, or land criticals more often, or cure statuses themselves! It really feels like the anime now in which pokemon want to keep fighting even if they are about to faint because they love their trainer too much and don't want to disappoint you.

My favorite part of the intro was when Rockruff wanted to play. I nearly lost it! I definitely like how they have it were you ave to have a deep bond with certain pokemon to have them evolve.

The game is great and the improvements are definitely neat, beeing a competitive player though I noticed after breeding a few Pokémon that Tauros/Stoutland are SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH WORSE than the bike, Tauros is fast (when holding B) but you can't controll him as easily as a Bike while Stoutland on the other hand is slower. I miss the Bike and I want it to come back ASAP

I love sniffing up items with stoutland while also being fairly mobile. Tauros might not be as good as a bike but its not that bad either :) i think the game overall is damn good and i cant put it down , even now that i have my dream team. There are still some things that are bad tbh. Like the E4 takes way too much time (Stupid cutscenes over and over ...) and the leveling overall is really bad. Poke Pelago is awesome and great for ev training but having the power items behind a wall of BP required to get them is just insane considering that you need good pokemon to actually win some points. Also Post-game content is meh - again - but ill probably finish the dex and shiny hunt like a madman like i always do :D

go into the pen right in front of the breeding center hop on tauros and just move the analog in a circle it's a really easy and fast way of getting and hatching eggs

vin w I prefer to breed running straight just like in the route next to the breeding center, but the problem is that now I have to hold B AND it's harder to change direction (and the "long route" is one of the shortest ever...)

One of the problems i have with it is the Pokebank thing isn't working until next month. It would've been cool to start playing towards the start using your favorite Pokemon from the last game. Like I was somewhat emotionally attached to 2 or 3 of them in the last game, and this one I have reserve Pokemon just filling up the slots until the bank comes back.

Lauchlin Yurchuk I actually thought about this, and I didn't think it had to be said. 1. This is a sp game. So let people play it how they want 2. If you hold off from buying or playing it until January. You will have access to it towards the start. So your logic doesn't make sense because it's going to be added shortly anyways. I'm just saying, they should've added the support on day 1. You have to pay monthly or yearly for the bank anyways. So between now and when it's added. They are short changing you

NIneDJcali Mine was gengar. It was lvl up, but it is my fav Pokemon. Not only that, I had it almost the entire time I started playing again. What makes me more mad about this is it seems like the devs are pushing for this to be more of a game that you actually should feel like several Pokemon are your pets (something you care for, and have an emotional attachment to). But it's about impossible to do so when you're not able to use your Pokemon from your last game when they started introducing these mechanics. I'm just happy it will be added soon. I just hope they actually add the ability in there already when they release the next one.

they didn't do the quick Pokemon box exchange thing before because of HMS they did that to protect the players so that they wouldn't accidentally shave or something within the confines of something like strength stones or flying to a location that you can't leave.

Yeah I loved that they refrenced your pokemon every now and then. I mainly used my event munchlax throu the game and it realy felt like i was traveling with it as they keep bringing up snorlax and how we work great together and ir realy built up my relationship to it. Sure now when I am mostly breeding I do not bring it along as much but I could never trade or get rid of that Snorlax as the game made me feel like we have a special bond. made it my specialist at catching pokemon so do bring him every now and then thou ^^

honestly, i hate the festival plaza. it feels like it's meant to replace the online features from x and y but it's so inconvenient that it's just not there. i like the idea of having more interactions with fellow trainers but... it's just so incredibly confusing that it can't replace it. i hope that in the future they bring back the tss (but ditch that dumb super training thing, i hated that too)

You missed the fact that if you have max affection w/ your Pokemon in Pokemon Refresh than they will do certain things in battle. For example if your Pokemon gets 1 shot than sometimes your Pokemon will hang on with 1 HP not to make you cry or your Pokemon will get a critical hit because it wants to make you proud. Those were probably my favorite features with Pokemon Refresh.

Nope once you get them you have to hatch them then release them the only way to get rid of eggs is to refuse the eggs when they are given to you

Sun follows the internal clock on your 3DS exactly whereas Moon is on a 12-hour delay meaning that it'll be night in the game when it's day outside and vice versa. Sun gives you the sun lion Solgaleo near the end of the game whereas Moon gives you the moon bat Lunala. Some of the Pokémon you can catch in certain areas are different. ...That's about it really.

AngelHQ it is the sos battles most people like it however since it's easier to find pokemon with good ivs (will gurantee you a 4 iv or higher pokemon after a certain point) and easier to find shinies

Thanks Justin; I've looked into it, and I see why it can be annoying for some players. It's a mechanic that feels organic as you battle multiple enemies like in the anime when a wild pokemon calls others for help, and it rewards you for your effort. I think that can be frustrating, because some people just want their pokemon maxed out to experiment with them without the grinding. I can relate to that, can't stand the grinding in rpgs.

most people don't keep butterfree in their team. Most people consider butterfree a weak pokemon along with many bug type pokemon. (butterfree is a bug, flying not grass, flying). Now if you want to keep a butterfree on your team that's up to you and do what you want but don't get upset/surprised when others replace the ones they catch.

Clesteela is really easy to counter though since it has an electric and fire weakness which are two of the most common types of move you take to VGC while it is bulky you can one shot it with tapu koko with the electric terrain boost.

but it can generally ohko a tapu koko with heavy slam and it hides behind sub all the time so its more difficult - especially if you have a good celesteela team ie. in london i got wrecked by a a rain celesteela team and my koko couldn't do anything because scarfchomp - i had multiple checks to it but its so bulky that even specs flamethrower from salamence doesn't even 2hko
