This is just the aggregation of latest news into a video. Proving once again, that there is no reason HL3 would be out. Guys, even besides the points made in the video - there is no market for HL3. What are the most popular shooters of today? Destiny 2? BF/COD? CS? PUBG? Whorewatch/F2P trash? There is no more room for quality shooters. That room died with Crysis 3. People make PvP trash or franchised trash, that's it. Maybe, MAYBE, many years from now, when VR is high and developed and every "old PC" is VR-ready.... And maybe people shift interests from farming leaderboards to some immersive action... Maybe THEN Valve can "try" to produce a proper NEW gen, actual HL3. But in the current state of things? I'd laugh my ass out and give HL3 even less damn than I gave HL2.

Well, technically, to be fair, the it was the story for Episode 3 that was released. We could very well get a Half-Life 3 alongside Left 4 Dead 3. Now as for Episode 3 fan game... yes, we definitely need that... 100%! EDIT: Yes, I know the whole Half-Life 3 and Half-Life 2: Episode 3 thing is a bit confusing, but what it basically means is that what Marc Laidlaw released was the ending for Half-Life 2 story, which is supposed to be a bridge between HL2 and HL3. With the final episode story released, we are getting a conclusion to HL2 story and moving on to HL3 and with Valve planning to expand and remove their "work on whatever project you like" policy and start actively developing their games and communicating, we can hopefully get Half-Life 3 sooner than we think.

It needs a sequel. The new Legion expansion and its patch is so complicated, if it wasn't for Nobbel87, I'd have no fucking idea what was going on. "Blizzard Entertainment: We have no idea what we are doing anymore." In their defense, they've been going at it for 13 years now, and releasing a new expansion every two years. Eventually, you get burnt out. WoD really fucked things up with the whole time travel thing, and Legion basically went 'Continuity? What's that?' and bombed the game with so many retcons, even the most veteran players who have been playing since pre vanilla would have no idea what was going on. Example: they basically reenacted the dead pigeon sketch: "He's not dead, he's just resting...for the past ten fucking years apparently", referring to Illidan himself. Maiev is back? Wait a minute, last I heard, she actually went bad, and murdered a few High Elves in attempt to start a race war between the quel'dori and night elves, even betraying and nearly murdering her own brother, which is a Shakespearean level of ironic tragedy. Her brother swears to hunt her down. Fast forward to Legion, and apparently, those chain of events? Either never happened, or were completely ignored by the night elves and quel'dori at large. Either way, it's lame, and proof that they are not even paying attention to their own lore anymore. Finally, let's not forget the retcons of all retcons, the Draenei themselves. In the War 3 manual, the eredar caused Sargeras to fall because they were the cruelest examples of how fucked up the galaxy was. In BC, however, the draenei used to be called eredar, and were corrupted by Sargeras, not the other way around. Did they really think people would forget that section in the manual, when there's literally only about 4 years difference between the Reign of Chaos, and the release of Burning Crusade? The biggest problem is that WoW jumped the shark after Lich King raid was finally released ten years ago. With the most iconic threat to the world killed off, not even Cataclysm could save WoW's slow decline, and MoP was probably the most pointless filler expansion ever. Even WoD at least attempted to advance the storyline, paradoxically by going BACK in time. It was merely meh, but at least it tried. Legion is the last best hope for the future, and it was awesome to finally watch the KZbin clips of meeting Turalyon and Alleria after 11 goddamn years of waiting. Seriously, from that moment I first met Arator the Redeemer in Honor Hold back in 2006 or so, that was the burning question I had: "Where's my boy Turalyon?" So yeah, there's your motivation for a sequel to "If Blizzard was 100% honest". "Blizzard Entertainment: beating the same dead horse since 2005."

I really hope the new dota card game is trash. If it ends up being good, and not an RNG shitfest like Hearthstone, I'm going to have a hard time not spending cash on it. It hurts to buy anything off of Steam now, knowing that every dollar spent is another day of delays.

Actually all of them are going to be VR but they are also going all going to work in non-Vr as well. At least one of them is a story based single player (Valves Specialty) and one of the others will probably end up being L4D

What's wrong with Valve is basically that they don't want to work. They will do everything in their power to do little to no work whenever possible. I want a complete Steam UI design overhaul, because the current one is essentially the same since Steam released back in 2003 with a different colour! I want a modern, if not, futuristic UI design. If you look at Xbox, Playstation, Origin, Uplay, Battle.net and many others, they overhaul their UI's every few years, but Steam's UI has been almost identical for 14 years.
