Hope you do the same treatment to the new SF 2V. Will probably be one of the few that states the carbon fiber is nice but the handle bar clean up is nicer & the dry clutch brings back memories of my old FBF (Fast By Ferracci) prepared F1. Glad to see you went with slip on for the exhaust. Prefer the brake upgrades for the money not spent on a full replacement.

Excellent video! This is amazing the work that you have done and the explanations for the upgrade. You have the eyes of an artist! How comfortable is this bike and why did you select this bike over other options even ducati?
@Motomillion3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. The bike is very comfortable, doesn't get as hot as the Panigale V4. Just the fact that it is a Streetfighter V4 and very closely related to the Panigale V4 was the decision making factor.

All them mods I’m surprised you just didn’t get the S model. Looks sweet! I’ve got to wait till September to get mine unfortunately however it will be the SP 😀
@Motomillion2 жыл бұрын
With the S you are limited with the suspension upgrades since you need to trick the ECU once you remove the electronic suspension. The suspension on this bike is an upgrade over what is available on the S, so no need to pay the price of an S when you know you will eventually upgrade all the parts that the S came with.

Really torn between gloss or matt carbon single seat... Choose gloss, because it's a fairing piece and "bonds" w/ the gloss red paint? Or matt, "because carbon fiber" and technically all the other pieces I'd put would absolutely be matt carbon (mudguards, etc)?
@DonnieDesmo3 жыл бұрын
Would have gone for the glossy heel guard. Can't get too glossy, you know 😉
@Motomillion3 жыл бұрын
Can’t argue with that statement.
@cd29753 жыл бұрын
I see you switched out the Full Six carbon wide mudguard to the standard. Was there a clearance issue with the stock headers?
@Motomillion3 жыл бұрын
No clearance issue, we installed that onto a friend Panigale V4 since there was no more wide in gloss available at the time. Make sure the rear suspension sag is set correctly to your weight.

Curious why didn't you use the 17rcs for both the brake and clutch? Any fitment issues? Did you have to make any modifications to make them fit?

There is no 17 rcs for clutch. 16 is the correct piston size for the clutch.

They are made to go round town? wtf?!
@Motomillion3 жыл бұрын
Need to take that comment into context. We live in a major urban area where if you ride for two hours you will still be in an urban zone. Also to be honest if you want to go for long trips the lack of windshield makes it not the ideal choice. Yes you can track these or take it to the canyons but supernaked’s are mainly designed for those who want to have a more everyday bike. The main purpose of them is not to be the fastest around a track or to take road trips on them.
@cuRe88143 жыл бұрын
@@Motomillion Yeah, granted. Depends where you live. It just sounded like you were using it as some sort of Yamaha TMax...
