Left my pk out during a rainstorm cuz my cover hadn’t shipped yet, not one spec of rust. Will be buying the 360 next. I have the pk tx currently.

Hi Elky, firstly ,thanks so much for all the excellent videos. Appreciate the effort and passion you put in. I’m a long time subscriber and was looking for some advice if possible?. I currently have a Kamado Joe Big Joe 3 which I think is wonderful and couldn’t live without. My problem is that while I’ve got the Big Joe 3 loaded up with chicken for big family gatherings I can’t do steaks and burgers at the same time and was considering another bbq to work alongside the Big Joe 3. The other bbq would be either the PK 360 or the Kamado Joe Classic and would be used mostly for steaks, burgers and possibly day to day barbecuing. What’s your thoughts. The PK is much cheaper but looks to be exactly what I’m looking for with regards to steaks and burgers while the chicken is on the Big Joe 3. Any advice?, PK 360 or KJ Classic?. Thanks for the help. Tartan Man 😊👍🏻

Grill looks great but can you use heat deflectors for slow smoking ?
@TheSmokinElk3 жыл бұрын
No, you just cook the meat on the indirect side

Fantastic review… Thank you for taking the time to do it…. That, “ash hole“is a ridiculous design… That’s the best they can come up with?

As someone who’s main concern with PK’s is their height, or lack of, the fact that you filmed 99% of this bending down and on your knees- on their tallest grill - really stood out to me and was quite comical. Haha.. Nonetheless, the grill looks amazing and built to last - will likely buy one soon! By the way, I was wondering why there have been no follow up videos of cooking on this grill?

Hi there. Have seen loads of your KZbin videos and was wondering what is favourite choices of wood to use for general wood cooking and for smoking meats. I'm also in Kent and was very pleased to see another Kent man with such a passion for BBQ as I am. Daren.

Hey. I'm actually in Portsmouth! What BBQ are you using?
@darenjones2663 жыл бұрын
@@TheSmokinElk I'm using a home made brick built one. I can cook 14 different types of cooking on the one BBQ. It's a bit big. The wift and friends say it's not a BBQ it's a feeding station.
