I have one, but OH BOY you'll give yourself a heart attack if you put this on the engine block while working and then accidently touch it by accident. The fear of having all your tools, sockets, bolts, and nuts falling into every oil ridden hidden nook and cranny will flash before your eyes.

Tbh I bought this to just keep all my tools organized on the cart next to my car. I’ll wheel over a small cart with one of these pads on it and every socket, wrench, bolt, nut, clamp goes in the tray. Parts go on the bottom shelf of the cart this way I don’t have random things all over the engine bay and I don’t spend 3 minutes looking for the socket I left by the windshield or next to the coolant overflow bottle.

These parts trays are super handy no matter what brand. I’m guessing they are made by someone for ALL the different brands? They look so similar.

On Amazon a few brands I found: ‘Skoye’ 3pcs kit for $33 (looks to be the same style looking mats only in red) ‘Casoman’ 3pcs for $30 in orange (same style modeling) ‘Horusdy’ 3pc $33 (same style) These HF mats are way overpriced. You can try justify it however you’d like, but they’re way overpriced.

Just brought the small version. Very handy to hold my tools so they don't keep falling in the engine compartment.

I like them, but I can't believe they are so expensive. I got the 2 Kobalt ones for $30 and it even has a built in Magnetic Dish. Just my opinion! Thanks for the first look at them though. 🔨👍😁👍🔧

Well..... 88 bucks for all 3 isnt terrible. And to have color options. I think price can come down a bit to be more competitive. If they keep some inventory if these in store, they'll probably do ok, just based off availability.

Any plan to check out the new Quinn pistol grip needle nose pliers? I literally ordered the EzRed set the day before they came up on the HF website(I saw them on South Main Auto's channel, and found out the only company that makes then is EzRed, even checked the Snap On website). Stopped in this morning to check them out and they have a spot on the shelf, but haven't came in yet.

I am vested in Doyle. I have liked Quinn A LOT ever since they were introduced. I have held out for Tekton waiting for my KZbin ship to come in. I do need a set of smaller pliers assortment for my tech kit. I'll look at the Quinn because I want all pistol grip. Like a lot of their new tools lately, these are way overpriced. I know the name brand options are more than triple the HF price, but still, it's just a silicone tray. Amazon sells 8x8x1.25 silicone baking dished to $12.

I like to think that Harbor Freight reads those comments even if they don't talk to me. They seem to make an attempt to be responsive to the masses. I think they'll probably get more reasonable about the price. Maybe even sell all 3 as a set at a reduced price.

Over the past yr or 2, it seems they've begun believing their own marketing hype, thinking they're actually competing with Snap On and the other tool trucks, rather than the Craftsman/Kobalt/Husky level products that their products are actually comparable too. I'm on the Harbor Freight Junkies Facebook group and have seen things talked about there that have appeared in the store several months later.
