Great to have you back! I think you might’ve pushed me off the fence that i was sitting on with this two-pack. I always pay attention to what Funko is doing with Marvel & Star Wars because it’s always a good indication on what we might be seeing in other lines (especially Legends!) so my antennae were up waiting on that winged Venom. Knowing it’s from a comic i was hoping it would lean that way. don’t know much about Knull but i know who he is an what the general story is about. what matters to me are the figs. and they’re both AMAZING! thanks to Hasbro & the ML team that got this out to him to review and thanks for showing us the story behind this great set. a picture is worth a 1000 words it’s true, but a viddy taking the product to the extremes and showing off the real design work that has gone into both of these guys is PRICELESS! Welcome back Jay! Great Vid. Great Set!!! Was VERY happy with what i saw with the ‘vows’ 2-pack & the ‘spiderverse’ Spider-Man Noir (except for the exact repack of Spider-Ham. all that $$$ not even a new head?). & THIS set? they really have releases for everyone that digs the Spiderverse. NOOOW I just need a pre-order date for that Spider-Man Retro line x Walmart LIZARD!!! & I’d love to see them rush another wave from the retro line as well, since i LOVE it so much! Here are some ideas on recent figures the cartoon palette repaint treatment would be perfect on! (imo of course). Gonna try an keep this to figures that aren’t gonna require sculpt so it makes it more of a possibility in my mind… Kraven, The Scorpion, Tombstone, THE SPOT, & I’m sure they could come up with a Landon, a Chameleon out of reuse that mimics his outfit in the show, as well as a ‘Yellow Sweater’ Mary-Jane, though straight repaints seem like they could or would actually do them. Would be amazing to see deluxe Smythe & chair, along with a Madame Web set as well. I’m really hoping that they squeeze out what they can of these carded lines before the end of 23’ while keeping the Legends line in the new boxes for figures. AGAIN! great vid!!!
