Nice to get a look at this, the box sets always look impressive. Couldn't justify buying it myself. Have the originals of pretty much all of the LP's, was only missing Virtual XI, so picked it and X Factor up. Glad to have em to complete the collection. Happy with the quality of them too.

I have the original UK pressings of NPFTD, Virtual XI and Book of Souls, but I quite fancy the rest of the studio albums in this series, as I only have them on CD. Hopefully they are better sound quality pressings than the 1980s LPs that were re-issued in 2014. Some of them were really poor, especially Somewhere in Time and SSoaSS.

Heard one word off your mouth, and I thought; "Finland"! About the cover quality. Look closely, the new versions have bad resolutions compared to the original ones. The new ones looks like a bad scan. Also look at Number of the Beast. They had to re-arrange the back art on that one, because the original sleeve art was gone. Also check Seventh Son front cover; The new re-issue has also bad scan. Look closely. No new vinyl beats the old cover prints. The reason why almost half of Murray's face is gone on Fear of the Dark is because of bad scanning and wrong canvas - ridiculously done. I love the black inner-sleeves on Fear of the Dark. And the vinyl audio quality is fantastic! I do have all of Maiden's vinyl releases, and love them, either way. :) Subscribed. I like your presentation.

The reason for cropping artwork may be explained in the video from oficcial channel (about covers). They had to scan some vinyl covers for remasters.

It is the first album that I heard of theirs. I never had it myself, and I really like the song Fear of the Dark. Maybe it isn't their best album, but I don't know a lot of the rest of their discography. I am not planning on buying any of the other reissues, but if there is one that I must have, let me know.

Will Smith All of their 1980s albums are must have, but I like their newer stuff too. Especially Brave New World, which was their comeback album kind of. That's an important album for me personally. I already have the original pressing, but it's a picture disc. That's the most expensive record I've ever bought. Finally I will get it on black vinyl.

Hey Mikko Those missing albums i believe are licensed to BMG, so that's why they weren't included in this set. However, it would have been a great idea to maybe split the years up as you say, i never really thought about how big the box actually is until i have taken it off the shelves a couple of times already, it's big!! Nice!!! To be honest, I wasn't as happy with the sound of the US Virtual XI and The X Factor. I ordered the U.K. Box because it was cheaper than the Us one so I hope the U.K. Pressings sound better. I'm glad they finally I can finally complete the Maiden vinyl collection though. Take care Mikko!

Excellent video. A real live one, A real dead one & live at Donington are owned by, I think EMI, so a different record label. Hence the reason why they are not included in this boxset 👍🏼

Like somebody below mentioned, i read that A Real Live/Dead One, Donington aren't included in the series is because of a label change. It seems to me that between Fear and X Factor Maiden formed Maiden Holdings,so maybe three live albums were some kind of pay off to EMI to get off the old contract? As i look at the Fear Of The Dark it says owned by Iron Maiden LLP licensed to Parlophone. Maybe EMI owns the three live albums and Maiden the rest? Pasi

Most of these albums are really hard to find on vinyl and they cost a fortune. And almost all of them were released only on picture disc earlier. So, I think it's awesome to get these finally on black vinyl. But of course, it would be great to get some previously unreleased special material too. Thanks for watching!
