Good stuff Andrew, you’re definitely filling a void on KZbin with Motiv reviews from high level bowlers. Excited to see it and learn more about the brands offerings.

I agree professional opinion ball reviews are the best Motiv doesn’t get that much air play unless EJ makes the show

I love my nuclear forge for when the lanes get a little cliffed - it holds the line before snapping left, and when it hits, it HITS. This video was really great. You explain your moves, the impact, the surface, the layout - You really cover ALL The bases on HOW this ball can work for a player. Keep it up!

i really like the look of this ball, i like that it reads early and has a nice round predictable shape on the back. the ideal benchmark ball shape in my opinion. i already have something like this in my bag but the beauty of this ball is tempting me to pull the trigger anyways haha!! thanks for the video Andrew 🤙🏾

Great review. I like the surface talk. How to maintain it and when some do better with lane shine. I have a Black Venom I leave that way specifically. Absolutely love the way it rolls that way. Also think this ball will be replacing my Forge Ember.

I loved my Forge Flare and threw it non-stop until it died, and i got the Evoke to try and replace it but they just arent similar enough, since the evoke comes off a bit harder and stands up more. Im gonna be getting this one for sure when it comes out, the color is awesome and the detonator core has been great for me thus far with the OG and the Flare

This one looks great. Wanted a Forge since the first one I threw at a tester, the original hybrid. I know it’s mixing brands but legit think this and the Arctic Vibe would not only be a good one two punch on the lanes but be a damn fine looking pair. Always love a ball that can include white and look great! Some are just bad, but this ball looks great.

You mentioned that the previous Forge ball was one of your favorites. What stops touring players from continuing to use a good ball year after year? What considerations should amateurs consider in continuing to use "older" equipment? Keep striking!
@AndrewAndersonBowling2 ай бұрын
Hello! Jillian is my business partner, not my girlfriend. Thanks for watching! We have new rules on the pba tour that do not allow us to use bowling balls past a certain date anyway.
@anthonyleck88242 ай бұрын
In most cases it is because the ball companies want their staffers to throw newer stuff so people will go out and buy it. However now pba rules i believe have outlawed anything older than either 2021 or 2022 i dont remember which.
@ACommentFromYouTube2 ай бұрын
@@anthonyleck8824it’s true that companies want them to use the new stuff to show it off. But that doesn’t stop EJ from using a venom shock 85% of the time. If a ball is good they will continue to use it if it’s still in production
@anthonyleck88242 ай бұрын
@@ACommentFromKZbin very true but i believe the question was more focused on people not using their favorite retired balls thats why i didnt mention the shock or ghost.

@@AndrewAndersonBowling, in that case, I owe both you and her a sincere apology. I'll try to delete that in my previous comment. Thank you for clarifying about bowling ball dates.

Pin Down does not roll earlier. Pin down layouts result in higher RGs and lower differentials, which both result in later response on a late.

Hi Andrew.. I really missed my trusted old Revolt Havoc.. I know its a discontinued ball but if you can find one, would you throw a few shots and suggest what ball in the current line up, that is similar to it? Thanks..

Do you feel it's as early as the Flare? Right now my Flare is primarily for tournament conditions. It's just too much ball for where I bowl league at. I'll get one game out of it, maybe.

Andrew, teach me. Why didn't you like the motion of the Coral? Is it because it's too clean and longer with more pop? Are you looking for or liking the slower smoother look?

Do you look at the arrows out down lane, more at your break point?? I’m trying to change, a little at a time.. instead of looking at the arrows all the time, trying to look down lane more. Work in progress I guess. Lol
