I've always thought Roku had the best TV streaming platform long before anyone really knew who Roku was. You can check out all the videos I did about them in the past. I don't make this stuff up.

I figured out something cool the other day with the Roku app. You can send the sound to your phone and listen to it with your headphones. Great for when the little lady is trying to sleep.

Could be cool. I have my Roku TV setup to bipass the Roku home screen and go straight into the Apple TV. I would be interested and see how that works together. Imagine it would be fine.

Will they work if you already have a sound bar connected with the TV? Like could you utilize these as a second source of speakers around the room while using the sound bar? I ask because my sound bar is attached to the wall below the TV and is pretty hidden and I wanted to see if you could double up on that surroundsound type feel

I, too, have been onboard with Roku from day 1 and am sad that as their devices advanced prior versions go out of support. If I get a TV with embedded Roku OS, who’s to say that in 5 years a message pops up saying device no longer supported by Roku store, buh bye

Does anyone know what happens to Roku TV internal speakers when these speakers are paired to my 55 inch TCL Roku 4K TV? By the way, Amazon doesn't sell them, and they are no longer $179.99 at the Roku website. They are now about $200 USD! Thanks for your review.

This was a great video for someone like me. I have been trying to economize my audio set up for a while. These could be better than going with Home Pods, and trying to use them with a TV. Only the future will tell what will change as for audio set ups in our homes. Wait have you ever reviewed a Sonos system?

That's why I ended up buying a SMSL AD18, and a pair of of Micca MB42X, and soon a powered sub. It's far more versatile than the Roku wireless speakers and not locked to just Roku. Yes it's more than the Roku wireless speakers, but I can bet the SMSL and Micca speakers alone will blow those away, and they won't be able to touch my setup once I do add a powered subwoofer.

All speakers have to have some power source, unless you want ones that you have to recharge. But wireless allows you place then wherever you want distance wise from the TV as long as you have power.

Samsung HW-M450/ZA goes for like $130, 120 reviews 4.3 average. Check ebay for even cheaper price. I just know that when wanting to find something good, search on amazon, filter by 4 stars and up, then see what looks good, then if you want to possibly get an even better deal, look on ebay for that product. Vizio also looks to have some good soundbar sub woofer combos for around that price point.
