@@edwardmowton9825 how many Denon players have you seen in clubs yet when you showed up? 😂 I’m DJing all around the world and the only time I’ve seen a prime player was the week it’s got released during WMC in Miami in a hotel room when Denon showed it to me. They have cool features, don’t get me wrong, but it will never be the standard player in clubs but the 3000 will be in the near future.

@@edwardmowton9825 it’s because most DJs are used to Pioneer gear and they don’t want to take any risk. I totally see your point but 99% of all DJs don’t want to carry their players around.

Wow. Yes I know what you are talking about. I hate that wall even with The sticks. It use to go the track before if I went to far backwards. Very annoying. Glad they fix that.

Here’s the one thing I can’t wrap my brain around. Vendors like Pioneer and Denon have made decks (controllers) if you choose to refer to them properly so that Dj’s can move away from depending on Serato. But so many Dj’s have bought them and still want to use Serato lol. I recently purchased the Denon Prime 4 and SC5000’M (2) and closed my laptop for good. Just saying… Now with my Numark V7’s I had to rely on Serato for them to work, man do they work flawlessly. Guess I just wanted to be in the now.

i have noticed that on the 12s there is a little bit of drift when the decks are sitting still or rather they are meant to stay put but on the software they can act a little srewy and also there is a bit of bpm drift too

Hey Mojaxx! Thanx for the consistently awesome vids 🙏 Do the waveforms sync when using this S11/3000-setup? When using S11 and Rane Twelves the waveforms doesn’t sync unless both tracks have the exact original tempo. Otherwise they seem to move indepently which is massively annoying in bad monitoring situations…

HID support is programmed individually by each DJ software developer. That's why sometimes the features may vary between platforms. Some older players may have waveforms with HID support but not low latency jog response. Others may not have waveforms but have responsive jogs. It varies on the model and software. But moving forward, we can see waveforms are here to stay from Serato HID!

@@priyonjoni I think we all understand that all we need at this point is waves in HID MODE on the CDJ 900 nxs and the 2000 nxs at least they have huge screens with color that only show your laptop music Library but no waves how could this make scene to pioneer to leave out those players that people spend alot of money on and still missing key functions. Not sure why this isn’t a natural through “ we adding these features to the 3000 on the other hand can they work on the nxs series cdj players ? “ no one asked that at pioneer. How??? wow i wish i could afford a cdj 3000, damn, i am using 1 CDJ 1000 mk3 and 1 Aura mp3/CD player NO wave forms =,( but 1 of my CDJ 1000 mk3's is messed up so the AURA player it has a filter and my DJM-500 doesn't so it makes the DJM-500 sound even better which is kool.

The "scratch dead spot" at the start of a track on CDJ 2000 NXS 2 (serato & rekordbox HID) is so annoying. Drives me crazy. Only way to fix it is to manually add 1s of silence at the start of the track (which then messes up existing cuepoint positions 😵). Anyone who has any type of fix for this? 🙏

Yes , i also experienced that with the Pioneer XDJ XZ.. same issue - when i scratch with the scratch sample on the USB , its perfect , when scratch sample in on serato , it does that.... Damn irritating.. @pri yon Joni , any ideas?

Yes !! The turn tables would be dvs as you know and the 3000 are plugged in USB and line rca or maybe without rca

Yes, but since the 900nxs2 does not have the usb hub, you need a usb hub to connect to your pc/mac in order to work

This doesn't make sense to me.. a $2400 subpar single deck Serato controller? I would rather get two SC6000's and have 4 decks.. Pioneer is trash.
