I agree with you. I bought a kit from them from Boomracing and the kit was missing one piece. I contacted them and they never took care of it. The piece was less than $5 dollars worth it but still after spending over $800 with them I thought they would care about sending a replacement. They never did.. needless to say they lost a customer!

@blue machine yup customer service is really bad. Specially that kit tang! Owners should reprimand him! He is just giving a bad image for asiatees!
