He’s the right guy for this job. We need to tweak a couple things but I think we’re very close to being a really good playoff team. We need to get rid some players and get some size. Continue to push the importance of defence and speed but add size and continue to draft well. Go jets!

It will be interesting to look back in a year and see how it all plays out. But he sure sounded like a guy who’s learned from his first experience as a head coach and is ready to implement changes this time around.

What type of device are you listening on? It sounds a little quiet on my laptop but still audible and good on my Iphone. If you let me know how then I can see if I can make adjustments. But the raw audio is totally fine. Unfortunately it may get "lost in translation" when uploading to KZbin (which we can't control).
