Ayeee yea I remember. How long you been driving on this account, you like it? And yes I found it.

@ I’ve been on this for 8 months and I like it! I’m out of Detroit and everyone leaves the office by 6pm so after that I have to communicate with Chicago and that can be a headache at times.

4 years at jb intermodal in the chicago rails. you can make 3k in a week if you run correctly. it’s becomes easier to hit 2k+ a week once you get into the flow.
@TruckingWithKayla6 күн бұрын
Mann I’m still getting the flow…. The money is definitely there.

So with the per diem you add your miles and drops live loads and activity pay first and that’s your true gross the reimbursements is what your getting after they taxed the true gross so if you grossed 1700 they going to tax the 1700 first and then add back all the reimbursement money
@TruckingWithKayla2 күн бұрын
That’s why I don’t like it because I’m not fully educated on it. Everybody just say it’s good with no true knowledge on it. They only do per diem on the miles. I get .64 cpm but when they do per diem it’s shows up at .57 cpm then they reimburse the .6 cpm that’s missing to make it .64 cpm.

If you lease or finance a truck you should be making no less than $3500 a week. Turn your truck back in and go company and save up 15k and go finance a truck and lease on to a company with all owner ops. Mega carriers keep fooling y’all into become “owner operators” but screwing yall in the end
@Peterpickle20095 күн бұрын
Not worth the stress leasing 😂

If you been doing trucking for awhile you should know per diem is your friend during tax season.
@TruckingWithKayla7 күн бұрын
You have people that say that then you have others who don’t. It’s always been 50/50 with per diem. I always hear good and bad about it.
@jtrell42972 күн бұрын
Lol you tweaking per diet is extra money they pay you basically while being Otr and it’s taxed free
@TruckingWithKayla2 күн бұрын
Nah I use watch videos over per diem when I wasn’t sure about it at knight transposition. I hear good and bad about it….
@baby-mz4df7 күн бұрын
I work for J.B. Hunt to per diem is how you pay less in taxes so if I was you, I would keep that

@TruckingWithKayla6 күн бұрын
Low to you… went from making $600 a week with my cdl. We all gotta start somewhere. Everybody in trucking don’t make over 6 figures, that’s fact.
