To the unsung hero at the bank who spearheaded the charge to get financial support for Julien in the early stages, I say thank you Mr RCF.

Am not against julien but my comment is base on people of st lucia especially the poor, homeless or the parents that cant afford why the government or banks or who ever that wanna sponsor help those people. Stop waiting for somone to go through be successful then pump all kind of funds towards them. Youll can do more for the ppl of this country. The only time some ppl are important is when they need our votes.

Does it always have to be the government. It starts with the Village, attending or contributing in whatever way. Some clubs have meets and all you see are the members and maybe their parents. Where the Village? Communities are stronger than the government, they have power to change alot of things. So unless we unite, we not going anywhere.
