I think the building is actually the same. the are where Frank is sitting is just obstructed. Look ate the lower right corner of the building of aerial view. The triangle and palm trees line up Imo

It’s the same building. In the Marshall pic we can also see a shadow from some kind of roof sticking out. (He sits in the shade) that piece of roof is visible in the aerial view of the building. (Top left) It reminds me of a gas station or Diner. Though my other guess is that the building in the aerial view is not one building but maybe two or even three (four?) different sets. They don’t seem to fit together. So instead of building three different facades on the lot, build it all together. Thereby saving space. It’s also quite a big set. But we will see.
