Not that this comparison would be valid but how is it working over there compared to Ghana?(socially, and level of stress)

In terms of stress levels, I think it depends. Some days are chill and some are very stressful(think 37 busy MEU type of stress🤣😭) and socially- I think there’s a pretty good teamwork structure, obviously diff personalities here and there but it’s okay for the most part
