Slowed vid down to 1/4 speed. Soph definitely clipped him in the face, you could see him flinch and look crestfallen . I'm 50/50 as to whether it was deliberate or not. Sophia did a group hug on the first hug. See some negative comments below..I think it's older,younger sister type of relationship and a bond young girls can form that boys don't usually express in that way.

I slowed it down to 1/4 speed, and I saw Karina's hand hit Sofia's arm and knock it towards Artem's face as Sofia was trying to reach around to hug Karina... it was just a ball of emotion with hands and arms flying everywhere, so I don't see fault on anybody's part... plus Sofia hugged both of them before she tried hugging her best friend Karina... all three are the same age, 11 years old, I don't know why the haters come on here and try to see malice in Sofia's actions, they are all three teammates on the same athletic team

There is something surprisingly mature that the young dancer Sophia does with her engaging change of tempo, a sophisticated beyond her years turn and rotation that I do not see in the others of her age, whatever age that is? Plus Sophia's expressions are controlled, pleasant and do not show the hard work, which some of the younger dancers show on their faces. Very talented, all of them.

this is Dancesport, competitive ballroom dancing... it has international support, many of these videos are from Europe... some folks even want to make it an Olympic event... look up Dancesport on Wikipedia, that's where I learned about it it's a competitive sport... this video is from a competition... these dancers are not doing this for your entertainment... they are being judged and these young dancers are fierce competitors
