I had the pleasure of seeing these guys on the Great Southern Trendkill tour in Dayton Ohio. I was 6 ft and about 140 pounds in the center of the pit about 15 feet from the stage. Everyone around me was huge and I thought I might die. Lmao 🤣. I loved every second of it. Amazing show. Plus White Zombie opened for them. I will never forget that show. 🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥

Imagine this: I worked concert security watching the only steps up to a stage where Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies opened for Megadeth at the Bronco Bowl (a bowling alley with a stage and pit). The entire pit was a huge mosh pit. Not once did someone from the crowd get stupid and try to come up on the stage. We had hella fun that night. And I was getting paid to do it.

From the way they look I'm positive this was around the same time I saw them. Might have been on the same tour, but this is exactly how I remember them. Well, the show I saw I remember Phil had a mic in one hand and a bottle of wild turkey in the other, but other than that basically the same. And, yeah, show I was at the crowd went apeshit like this for them also. God, I wish they were still around. There's been nobody like this since.

I would LOVE to see you react to a majority of the record Vulgar Display Of Power, even for its age and I'm dating myself here, but I feel like this record, musically and lyrically, is still so damn relevant! I grew up with these guys, saw them four times, my father passed almost to the day as Dime, and I would have been at that show if it were not for that. I digress, love your love for Pantera bro🤘🤘
