It was actually really fun! She just provided a therapy for us all who never really had a place to express how it affected each of us as even though we all shared in the loss everyone has a personal story and meaning! One song can mean something so different between us and when and where it brings us to and how or why it got us through some moment in time and YET EVERY SINGLE ONE IS CORRECT! IT APPLIES ACROSS THE BOARD TO EACH OF US EQUALLY! And seeing her reaction for me just made it the first time in a long time that I can listen without the sadness I seemed to feel like I was required to carry out of respect and was like Dime & Vin saying through her... it's okay! We know you guys rode for us so it's cool to listen again and laugh, enjoy and get back to smashing shit with a smile! For me anyway! I can only hope the same finds its way to anyone else that might need that as well! She just opened a window I had shut for awhile and said it's cool to let some air in again! I was like.... Oh yeah! In most forms of music, the instrumentation sets the backdrop for the lyrics or helps to better showcase a specific musician, but in every form of metal even the instruments leap forward from the recording to grab at you and tell you this tale. One of the reasons I like these videos is because I can't experience this the first time again I can at least watch someone else do it. Still epic asf

But isn't listening to Pantera like listening to it for the first time every time?

I always felt that if Phil whould hit that 4th scream, the universe would cracked and the world would end. So glad he didnt, althou you can feel like he could do it and just send us all into obliteration

I know he was trying to get his screams up to judas priest level.. and I know they were all huge kiss fans.. I'm not into either one of those bands but they contributed to our beloved Pantera gotta love them too

Likewise.. I almost always HEAR that 4th silent scream in my mind, matching with Dime's ending on the guitar!

As a long time guitar player and Pantera fan, it's great to see someone who wouldn't normally listen to music like this be able to appreciate the amazing musicianship that went in to this song. Great video! RIP Dimebag Darrell 🙏

Great metal really shares a lot of elements with classical music. That's why I was excited to see her reaction too. There will never be another like Dimebag, he will always be in a league by himself. Still get chills from his solo like 20 years after first hearing this song

I just saw Pantera at Ford Field in Detroit Michigan two weeks ago. I was wondering if Phil would still have a good solid voice after all these years and HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! The entire band did not disappoint. Thank you for this review I love how excited you got!!! 😂😊

I've been a diehard Pantera fan for about 30 years......the way you described this made me fall in love with them all over again. Seeing your reaction reminded me of exactly how it felt hearing Pantera for the first time. Literally brought tears to my eyes. Thank You SO MUCH!! Great video!!!

I remember seeing them coming out of their glam phase, opening for Deadhorse in Houston, at The Abyss. It was when they had finally cemented this sound, but hadn't produced Cowboys, yet. Young, 13 year-old me was ready for these guys to get the fuck off the stage, for Deadhorse to play.

Its frustrating when people don't see the master pieces in rock music. This song is another master piece that will live on for decades.
