i was hoping so badly they‘d do a tour after the new album dropped, but the sudden Kai enlistment really messed with that possibility 😭 I feel so blessed I managed to see them on their fanmeeting in Seoul in April 😭💕

I was also hoping for the same, but considering our 2 maknaes haven't finished their military service yet, it seems like it wouldn't be possible without them. Baekhyun said that Exo couldn't hold a concert without our maknae present. really lucky because you can see exo gather ot8😭 as baby-L i feel jealous~ like Suho said if waiting is fun, that's love. then I'm ready to wait until whenever they come back together with all the members

Welcome back. The Eve has such impact visually, I agree it takes longer for the track to make impact as a stand alone. Like many of EXO's work, seeing it live does help. It is hard to believe, but attraction is not my first reaction to EXO. Even though I admit I do think they are all absolutely gorgeous men, I'm a bit older so my reaction is usually that they are generally attractive or good looking rather than sexy, although Kai can disturbingly shatter that with ease. I primarily love dance and performance, and great vocals melt my heart. For that reason, the Eve is not one of my favourite performances. I love this live set, but I have to admit it is for the vocal brilliance of the Intro and Forever, and Kai, Xiumin and Baekhyun's dance. There is so much to love with EXO (all the members, all their performances ...!), and, as you beautifully touched on, I am completely invested in them as people and have been for years, but all songs also have their moments. The Eve is not one my car playlist, but it is on my night playlist and on my in-need-of-inspiration playlist. Each to our own!

gosh, I know ㅠㅠ I’m always a bit nervous with concert reactions, because in theory I react to fan uploaded content, so it SHOULD be fine since the originals I watched have been up on KZbin without issues for years - but sometimes the copyright holders change their minds while I’m editing and the originals get taken down after I checked, so suddenly when I upload it gets surprisingly auto-blocked 🙃

The thing with EXO is they better off live coz they snap and bring more flavor than the studio versions. EXOLs prefer live perf reactions than MV though coz everyone can sound amazing on studio but not on live performance. 😅

I think that the uploader made a little delay or distortion so that they will not be block for copyright…the fan made usually do this or else they can’t upload these concerts

KZbin recognized the copyright on both songs, but not on the concert video itself - maybe that’s what they implemented the distortion for 🤔 either way, I’m glad I was able to react to it - I’m always a bit nervous when uploading concert reactions, because sometimes KZbin just says „nope“ and I have to move the entire thing over to my patreon 🫠
