This is the first video of yours I've checked out. I notice that you mention mental health in your intro. If you want to dig into a video created for mental health awareness, try the video for, "Fire Away," by Chris Stapleton. He is donating all the proceeds from the song to an organization that provides resources to those who need it. If you feel a need to be uplifted and want to stick in the metal genre, Disturbed has a wonderful video/song called, "A Reason To Fight." (I like the official video that's more of a story. There's another one with audience members interspersing their stories. It's easier to follow the song for the first time without the stories, but then watch the stories, too.) It's a call to keep going, no matter what your demon is. "The Light" is another uplifting one.

I am having to face my own mortality for a third time, having beaten heart disease and finding how to live with my mental health, now My liver is causing some serious issues, but I am still here and loving the music I listen to, that and vaping are what keep me moving forwards in my life. I love this song it is one of the big 4 Disturbed songs with so much feeling and meaning, The Light, A Reason to Fight and Inside the Fire. Many other songs have as much impact and meaning but those 4 are hardwired to your emotions. Big Love at this Yuletide

This song is a powerful reminder that we shouldn't take life for granted. I will be celebrating 21 months clean and sober on the 17th of this month, after 31 years of struggling. I'm 48 years old.
