Fun Trivia: Kamen Rider Black's bike, Battle Hopper, is sentient. One episode had the bad guys hacked it and forced it to go berserk and Black was forced to take it down. It was heartbreaking watching it as a kid at the time, but fortunately, it ended well. Battle Hopper made a return when Black got an upgrade to RX, naturally, it also got an upgrade.

For context: Decade & Zio are what people call anniversary riders. Kuuga marked the beginning of the Heisei era in 2000. So to mark the 10 year anniversary of the era they created Kamen Rider Decade. Which visited the previous series through a multiverse setting where each prior season of the Heisei era is a different universe. People like to split Heisei between before decade and after decade calling it Heisei part 1 and Heisei part 2 because of the generally more light hearted tone of later seasons. After another 10 years of Heisei part 2 they did it again with Kamen Rider Zio. Both of them essentially gain the powers of all the riders before them. Zio marked the end of the entire Heisei era and we're currently in the Reiwa era starting with 01

I think what mainly mixed you up was the English adaptations having different placements(the tier list put the adaptations next to the series it was based on while the video put them when it released) and the fact some of them have multiple songs for the same series didn't help. (Blade had 2 different songs on both the tier list and the video while faiz/555 had 2 slots on the tier list but only 1 in the video) Frankly, this was not your fault.

What drew me to the Kamen Riders as a kid more that the Super Sentai (Power Rangers) was that because Kamen Riders were more solitary (yeah, I was a loner back then), even when the series has more than one Rider. Build is a fantastic point to start with. Personally form there I'd say try Revice, Den-O, Zero-One, Geats and the current going one Gavv in no particular order. You'll have a blast. I would however advice you to prepare for quite dark and serious tones in what is supposed to be a kid's show.

Funny you compared Shin Kamen Rider with Shin Godzilla because Shin Kamen Rider is part of the same movie series Shin Godzilla is an installment of: Shin Japan Heroes Universe. The title card is what you should have been cross-referencing to make it easier, cause you can see above the one the liveDevil is the title artwork that is the same as the one in the opening. And I think you placed Kamen Rider Shinobi, where Zi-O was supposed to be, you can see the clock title artwork on the one with the color wheel. Zi-O had a clock on its title, while Shinobi has a Shuriken

Haha, yeah, if you are not familiar with Kamen Rider, making tierlist will be confusing. And it's a bit shame that the video you used didn't have subtitles since you missed a bit of lore of the series, that if you did, you would have known that Decade is a destroyer of the world and got your question answered about him. But still enjoy the video though. And seeing you getting confused with Kamen Rider, especially the Amazons one(the bloody violent one) is quite entertaining in itself. Amazons and Black Sun are Kamen Rider series with mature theme with very bloody and gory fight scenes in it compare to mainline Kamen Rider series(not to say that they doesn't have blood and violent fight scenes too). The current Kamen Rider is Kamen Rider Gavv and Gotchard was last season. So maybe you can check out the op for that one or even better, if you want to start your Kamen Rider journey, you could watch Gavv right now. So far, the story is very interesting.
