Good music is good music (to quote Andrew Lloyd Webber's favourite Phantom, Henk Poort), and is blind of race, gender, sexual preference, and just about anything else you can imagine. If you go to a concert of a really decent bunch of musicians, be it rock, opera, symphony, choral, or anything else of quality, all fans are equal. People are too focussed on the music to care about anything else.

Wit u there. Jazz rock classical bluegrass pop hip hop and sub genre. Musical family here that can appreciate the complicated or the simplistic art of wow music. I still can’t hard rock though. A great rift or a great bass line or a great hook is forever. Queen just did it all and that is QUEEN. CAP THAT. Never Duplicated and Never Will Be. Funny that people don’t even know they’ve been singing Queen.

The song's been around for 45 years and still going strong. Band members are: Freddie Mercury - Vocals, piano, guitar - songwriter. Passed away '91 Roger Taylor - Vocals, drums, guitar - songwriter John Deacon - Bass, Multi instrumentalist - songwriter Brian May - Vocals, guitar, multi instrumentalist - songwriter. Doctor of Astrophysics. Queen are an incredibly diverse band. If you continue on this journey, you'll find yourselves going from rock to soul, from jazz & blues to pastiche vaudeville, prog rock and anthems, nothing is left uncovered and it's all original material written by members of the band.

It's a ROCK OPERA. That's what made this song so great. Besides Freddy Mercury having a killer voice.

I know this was released in '74, and you're only young....but you've never heard of the UK's second national anthem ????

Need a current rock opera with the pure vocals of Queen. This could help soothe our current crisis in the world. Thanks for sharing your experience with me. You may have alot of knowledge but if you don't share it, you are not wise.
