I am glad you enjoyed the song. Bring Me The Horizon is one of my top 3 favorite artists. They are currently doing some kind of PopCore. A sub genre of music that blends MetalCore with POP music elements. They are influenced by many other music genres but those two are the most predominant. Melodic MetalCore is in my opinion one of if not the best subgenre under metal category. You can have 3 melodic MetalCore bands and they all sounds completely different. Dayseeker is a good band for Melodic Metal Core. Killswitch Engage, SpiritBox, Bad Omens, Crown The Empire, Falling In Reverse, Dreamshade, Nothing More, are great choices to start listening genuine cool bands. Another genre that worksout fine with general audience especially RAP listeners is Nu- Metal. With bands like:Korn, Slipknot, Adema, Linkin Park, Deftones.

Good reaction, try some Dayseeker next. They have some nice acoustic songs that shows his voice and for more of a rock feel, try the album songs.

From my understanding of this video (I don't know if I'm correct) the kids were rescued when the angel stripper sucked priests' soul😅 And just to give you some background on this band, they are from Sheffield in the UK and they started about 20 years ago as a deathcore band. Then through the years their sound have evolved and now they don't stick to one genre, just doing what they want to🤘 In terms of great music and great videos from Bring Me The Horizon, you should check out "Top 10 statues that cried blood", "Teardrops" and "Sleepwalking". Each one from different album and with different sound so you would see the diversity of this band. I would love to see your reaction to these!🫶

According to the Genius Lyrics website: “ ‘Kool-Aid’ explores the manipulative and abusive drive of a cult leader who, in the end, is willing to sacrifice his followers for the ‘greater’ cause. The title of the song is a reference to the Jonestown Massacre where 900 members of the Peoples Temple cult committed mass suicide upon the request of their leader, Jim Jones. They died from drinking cyanide and other sedatives in a fruit drink named “Flavor Aid”, which was originally misidentified as Kool-Aid. They later found needle marks, which meant some people were forced to die, making it a mass murder.”

I really enjoyed your reaction. I gladly recommend any music from Bring me the horizon. Their album called AMO is a light one, the band was experimenting with music in that album. Maybe you would be into those songs. :D
