MSG got a lot of bad rep for being “bad” but, much like anything else, in moderation it isn’t bad. MSG imparts a lot of “umami” flavor which just elevates any dish, it’s literally salt on crack. Uncle Roger is a huge proponent of using MSG in your cooking.

You need to check out His other videos,even if just on your own Time hes a riot and a legend. He does all kinds of stuff. Uncle Roger gets a makeover is funny. He reviews chefs. He started this because the rona virus put His standup career on hold. So many different types of videos but theyre all in character,funny and not too rarely very filthy (IF you dont know the pornhub Theme,you Will) 😂 i would recommend even just watching videos not to react but for your own amusement.

Ok great reaction but let me explain something about MSG. ONE damn article in a California newspaper in the 80's with no research or foundation of fact gave MSG a bad name and people just believe what they are told. MSG occurs naturally in tomatoes. Do you eat tomatoes? Ok then you eat MSG. It is a wonderful flavor enhancer. So pull your heads out of your backsides, do your research and understand what an ingredient actually is.
