that is the lyrics, however the person writing the english captions for this mv changed it to that. i wish they would’ve kept “the pervert is you” because it’s more hard hitting imo.

Yeah, it depends on who does the translation. Look up videos by Komerican-OG for his K-Pop translation videos. He does a great job of breaking down lyrics and comparing what the Korean words are and what they mean in various contexts. He does discuss Nxde!

(G)I-DLE had originally had 6 members but Soojin left due to a false scandal about her, She's now a Soloist, you can also check her out. The deep voice one is Yuqi, She's Shuhua 3:10 (The one you noticed), 1:53 this is Soyeon, This is Miyeon 2:07 and this is Minnie 1:42. Hope that helped :)

As self produced group, they always put a message ion their songs or concepts. You should watch Allergy and Queencard (in this order), by example. BTW even their old songs are almost 100% so good and interesting, and with many different styles.

The one you were referring to is the deep voiced girl who is called Yuqi. Obviously the other thinner voiced girl who raps is Soyeon their leader. They write and produce their music themselves.

I'm sure people have told you this, but Soyeon, Minnie and Yuqi all write and produce for the group. Miyeon has also written lyrics on the last 2 albums. Soyeon has written every Korean title track and produced all but the debut. While Soyeon is the person behind literally everything - concepts, costume, hair, makeup, nails, you name it really - they are all involved in the creative process. They are almost entirely self-produced and Soyeon is now executive producer and was made a full member of KOMCA (the Korean music copywrite association) at the start of the year. On their channel they have a behind the scenes of recording some of their songs which really shows how crazy good Soyeon is - i think they started posting them with "Nxde", other than the one they did for the Chinese version of "Hwaa".

This song is basically about being themselves and being completely mask free so 'nxde' means being ur raw self like when they're saying 'put on my beautiful self' that's wht it means and when they're saying "even if i look tacky or perhaps to you , even if i'm not loved anymore, yes i'm nxde" means i'll be myself and i'd rather be hated for who i am than be loved for who im not and the nxde title is like a clickbait coz soyeon knew people would be expecting a nxde show so her whole rap is abt that like "if you were expecting some R rated show oh i'm sorry, but that's not what we're showing" not only to those who know gidle but those who look for r rated stuff on yt: she wanted them to find this instead of those stuff on yt...

I mostly agree that release order is good, but killing voice order might be better as the "Hann (alone)", "Hann (alone in winter)" and "Hwaa" trilogy is together. I'd also add both versions of "Put it straight" and "Allergy" in there.

I'd feel like you would love Dreamcatcher. I recommend maybe Deja Vu, BEcause, or Shatter. Those are my personal favorites. Just to let you know Dreamcatcher is a 7 member girl group that has rock elements to their music, they are so unique!

I've heard Soyeon ( leader and main rapper, she was like statue in glass box) named song like this cause if you will search this "idle nxde" in korean "idle" means something like ch*ldren and nxde... U got it I think, and when u will do this, search firstly give u this track and mv So the name of this also like protection for children❤
