His monitor brightness could be jacked up. For some reason people keep forgetting you can change your monitors contrast and brightness separate from Nvidia control panel or the in game brightness settings.

I played labs for the first time last night and it was really cool but super scary. I picked up a bit of where I was just from having watching videos before and took out 2 pmcs but unfortunately died to a third because I didnt know the angle. If you get a card just give it a go. Especially this early in the wipe just don't insure anything because insurance doesn't work there.

Its the worst map in the game for hackers. On top of it being an actual maze. its almost never worth it unless you get lucky and queue alone.
