Great info! As a person who used to manage my own property and other people’s properties, I found that this was not my ministry. So I fired myself and hired a property management company who specializes in corporate housing (mixture of short-term and mid-term rentals) and one who specializes in long-term rentals. Game changer! I’m never going back. I’d rather just collect my check while the professionals do the work.
