First Residences in Navy Yard in Washington, DC - Property Showcase Video

First Residences is one of three properties for which JBG Smith hired us to create a Property Showcase Video. We had actually photographed the space in 2016 for a different client, so we were thrilled to receive the call to make several different videos for three different properties located in the Navy Yard area of Washington DC!
Most of the footage featured in this video was taken prior to our day with the models. It's always great when a space is bustling with people so we can capture the energy of areas like the gym and amenity spaces. On the day we shot the rooftop scene with a group of JBG Smith's employees as our models, it happened to be one of the hottest days of last summer! However, everyone was a good sport and we had a great time.
