Hi there! I just used aloe gel and oil to install my two strand twists. I applied oil throughout my hair and then aloe on the roots. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching!

Hey love ! Do you always use both the aloe Vera juice and rose water mixtures at the same time ? Is there one you prefer over the other ?
@NaomiOnlae4 жыл бұрын
Hey!!! And yes I use them at the same time when I moisturize my hair. Hmmmm I would say I prefer the aloe Vera juice and water mix if I had to choose. I honestly feel like I can combine aloe juice and rose water and make that one mixture.

I have new starter locs...and was just wondering if you shampooed before retwisting. Have you shampooed yet? How often do you shampoo?How often do you plan on retwisting?
@NaomiOnlae5 жыл бұрын
Great questions! I think I might have mentioned this in my 2 month loc update. But yes, I did wash my hair the day before I did my retwist. The day of, I used my aloe and water spray bottle to dampen my hair. I’m currently washing my hair every 4 weeks and I plan on retesting every 6 to 8 weeks! Hope this helps and look out for my 3 month loc update this week! 🤎

Thank you so much!!! And it’s okay to be nervous about it, I was too right before I started. Advice I give is to just START! That’s the hardest part, and once you do you say you should have started earlier! You got this! 💪🏾

So I just twisted my hair today my first retwist and it’s going on 4 weeks.i noticed some of my hair budding I didn’t no if it was really budding cause it’s so soon but it looks just like ur hair Whr u said it’s budding at so I guess mine is really budding lol . Is tht to soon to be budding in 3 weeks time
@NaomiOnlae4 жыл бұрын
Casiphia Israel hey love!! And nope not at all! I was watching someone with similar Hair as mine and theirs was budding at week two. Not a lot but it was still there! I noticed that the more curly and course your hair is the faster it begins to lock! Hope this helps and happy almost 1 month!! 🤗

Do the count of locs increase or stay the same through growing .??
@ogcecilia13714 жыл бұрын
Increase as it grows
@Amber-db9cz3 жыл бұрын
The count will always be the same. The budding process swells the loc. You can either leave them thick (not touch to budding), or you can twist the hair around itself to make a smaller loc.

Whn u first did ur two strand twist did u use clips and product or did u twist and let air dry
