Dang took that long to get it?! I saw several here in CA months ago guys were riding around. There was even a group ride with three of them. This was back in September. I was riding around the local mountain roads on my ZeroSR and just happend to run into them. On the time I ran into just one I was going to work late morning, same local mountain roads. Regen braking is like engine braking but with engine braking you get more bracking in the lower gears. Regen on my ZeroSR is like 3rd gear engine bracking. Once you get used to it let us know the range.

yeah texas is always going to be behind cali when getting cool stuff. what's really interesting on livewire is the custom modes, i can totally change the regen rate to my liking. Plan on messing around with this until I get perfect mode for my daily commute. Still haven't gone far enought to test range. will most likely be a video.

HJC RPHA 11 Pro, Gopro 9 (it sucks), Sony lapel mic plugged into a tascam. fairly low budget set-up. I recently replaced the RPHA with a Bell Race Star DLX. I do not recommend the HJC; too much buffetting.
