I’ve owned a black & red one for 19 months & after almost 8000 miles absolutely love it. I’ve found if you set the user mode with minimal engine breaking the throttle is less twitchy at slower speeds. The bike handles beautifully & when you select sport mode, the bike goes like a good un! Top fun for such a cheap bike.

Yep Honda doing what they do the best, Building fun, Reliable and very rideable bikes. Both the 750 & 1000 Hornets are such great value bikes at the moment. Looks like you enjoyed the Ride😁🏍️😁

I really enjoy your videos.❤ It's lovely to see someone enjoying life so much. I'm thinking of buying a Hornet, so your enthusiastic review was most helpful.

I'm so envious! I've wanted a Hornet 750 since they were first released but unfortunately live in the US where for some yet to be disclosed reason they're not for sale from American Honda (Canada too). I finally gave up waiting about a year ago and bought a GSX 8S so I'm not exactly suffering but new video content makes me a little sad as the Hornet would have been my first choice. Still impossible not to enjoy new Hornet videos for their gleeful vicarious experience as they seem to tickle the fancy of everyone who rides them. Maybe next year!
@florme6494Ай бұрын
You buy this bike for the engine and sound. Probably the best modern engine I’ve had the pleasure testing. It is so much fun to explore. I personally ended up with the GSX-8S because I wanted more than just a fantastic engine.

It’s dark, you’re cold, and still having fun, love your videos 👍! And agree with you, the time changes leave me screwed up for days 🤨👎.

Absolutely agree. This bike is too much fun. It is also very mischievous! I own a white 2024 and loving it. It goes well with my grocery shopping bike which is a Honda ADV350. Hope you get one for Christmas! ;)

My goddess, I haven't driven 2 wheels since my high school days on a scooter in the 90s. In another life I'd be a 2 wheel nomad hands down and on a Honda bike!

You can always rely on a Honda giving you exactly what you want from a bike. Nice that you decided to do a "dark ride". Well done Diemante. 💖

Good review. Totally agree. I got mine when they first came out. Fast, fun, encourages naughtiness, great ride, handling, even comfort. Twitchy throttle, yes, known issue on all the forums. Recently a back came to light to take the twitchiness a bit, then on, off, on, then throttle fully 3 times, then off. Supposed to reset the ecu throttle settings, and actually seems to make a difference. Custom mode, btw, let's you have full power and no traction or wheelie control.....sport still has level 1 anti wheelie and traction. It will still try to lift the front though, and will let it come up a bit of you try...someone told me...and have you explored the top end of the rev range? You'll be loving it even more!
@johnflavin1602Ай бұрын
I find the throttle is less snatchy in Sport mode, it’s worst in 1st/2nd gear in Standard.

A few decades ago before the speed cameras high speed night riding was an activity undertaken by the speed freaks on motorways etc... apparently hitting an owl at 150 is very hazardous to your health ! ✌️

I don't like time change either. Our government was going to abolish it 15 to 20 years ago but once in couldn't figure out how to do it. Only thing they could figure out was lame excuses.

done my mod 2 on one of these, 2023 model, lovely to ride but the hazards were in the dumbest place ever right next to the indicators, i think they have changed them for 2024 so you don't knock them accidentilly with thick gloves

Like all these modern bikes, they seem well sorted, but not the best time of year to be riding - far too wet, cold, etc.

Not skipping riding because of the weather. We only have about 50 riding summers in this lifetime if we are lucky. I already missed quite a chunk.
