Seems like covid will affect everyone differently. Someone who I worked with had covid and showed light symptoms and I was tested positive but was completely asymptomatic. There are also people who get vaccinated and still die from it so it really depends on who you are. I've heard that vitamin D is supposed to get you past any symptoms.

Those were - Tinnitus and Vertigo(and I lost my balance a lot since my covid were considered as Severe - [there are MILD, SEVERE, and CRITICAL]). I cant even hardly maxxed up my lung breathing 100%, maybe its about 80-85%, this is after free from covid. But thank God! Vertigo is gone, I hate it a lot. But Tinnitus is still here for a month now. I still didn't go to the Gym yet as I'm still trying to get some stretch or back to basic. Start from home stretching and mild exercise. And now lifting 40lbs DB at home without getting dizzy now. And next month, I'm surely going to get back to the Gym. Anyway, glad to see you guys recovered well...

Your priorities usually change when you start a family, so your gains may take a back seat to your family as weird as it may sound right now. Even if you want to prioritize your gains, everyone has “me” time. Carve out an hour or two and go be healthy. You may have to cut back on other time consuming hobbies when the child is younger, but it’s all good! Figure out your family schedules and see when you can make time for your hobby.

No sir we were not. Pretty healthy overall, so the virus did not hurt us too badly. It was like a minor flu.

Thanks man. I’m really not that into it (maximizing the other lifts to be the best I can be in this hobby); just like to bench.

You know I got vaccinated as soon as it was available so I avoided getting covid and having a long recovery back to lifting again. Never skipped a beat

It’s the only thing I make time for. I like squatting too when I tried it, but the machines are always taken and I don’t have the time or patience to wait on it.
