umm you need proper ecu and new injectors and new pump. also you cant run high boost because of the compression difference in na and turbo

Actually he can run relatively high boost if he has a proper tune, there are people running 1.4 bar on a 10.1 compression ratio.

I don't run high boost only around 5 psi for now without the proper engine upgrades, and believe it or not the stock ECU can pick up on the extra air running through the maf and through the turbo thus sending the proper amount of fuel, also I've upgraded the fuel pump to a walbro 255lph and I am going to be installing an 8:1 rrfpr which will allow more fuel into the mix at high rpms and Max boost to counteract the leaner mixture under high load. You need a 255lph fuel pump fam, get an fpr as well. The stock ecu can handle low boost but would be better of course to get a standalone or piggyback.

I see so many blown up subaru motors they are weak as it is, run that hard and you will spin a rod bearing not to mention the head gaskets are a granade with the pin pulled.

arty Berkhoff head gasket problem with the 2.5 motors was solved when they changed the composition of the gaskets in like 98 or 99 or something.

It will have too much detonation destroy the spark plugs plus it'll blow out the flame most definitely it will need to be computer tuned
