Sounds like runner. Got mine back from the blaster, found cracks in two valve seats. So now I’m trying to decide if I want to buy a Burt’s or find a good block. Prices here in NY to rebuild an original with insert bearings is almost the same price a new Burts. Whats your thoughts on the Burts engines?

Around 15-20 psi cold and around 2-5 hot

They don't get oil pressure, it's a gravity/ splash system.
