Love the FSC platform. The carbine looks good. In that Joule range it is usually smooth and consistent. There's more room to tune the power but that's already solid.

Both would really hurt so either would be good for self defense 😅 They were closer than I thought they'd be in Joule power. From the looks of it, it's perfect the way it is now.

Consistency up the wazoo! Likely the simple answer as to why the marker fires when you air it is you have residual air trapped in the valve from only shutting the on/off and not unscrewing the tank to relieve the little bit still trapped. That little bit of air is preventing a full reset of the bolt and not latching the sear. Pending that is not the problem. Check your firing pin inside the bolt is not loose. This can cause all sorts of anomalies.

I've taken it apart more times than I can remember now. You probably are correct about not unscrewing the tank. Because when I do, I get a small puff escape. Shouldn't cause any problems. It's just a bit annoying 💥💥💥

I just bought the Valken ultra on/off ASA adaptor for my paintball gun,that I saw on one of your videos, I liked the idea of being able to relive the pressure that way, except I dont know the correct way to install it, or operate it, no instructions came with it, can you give me a quick explanation? thanks alot !!
