I am a 74 year old widow living in Kansas. I lost my hubby of 55 years last year. I fractured two vertebrae in April. I spent some time in the hospital. I am finally getting better. My husband and I loved travel, fishing and the magical beauty of nature. Your videos have kept me entertained during my long recovery. My goal is to do an Alaskan cruise sometime soon. Thank you. I so enjoy watching your family playing in nature. I used to love hiking but back injuries have changed that. So, living vicariously through your videos. Simply fascinated by learning from you and your husband as your children learn so many important life lessons. Thank you for helping me through this week of 100+ degree weather. Sincerely, Sharon Righter

Hi y’all l love ur family the way u use raspberries & garden veggies. A clean living no alcohol. Many years ago l did have a beer after l washed my car. Also l decided not to drink. I take pain meds & l think it’s the best way to live. It makes life simple. Keep on living a wonderful life u & Mark r setting the bar high with great examples of how to live a clean life. Enjoy u travels & life in Alaska. It reminds me how my family did road trips & camping in our tent trailer that my Dad built & ordered canvas to fit. Great momories from childhood. ❤B. Nice to have some fresh fish albeit not your preferred fish. The eagles certainly were not fussy about the breed of fish. That waterfall was just beautiful. It might not have been all the you wanted weather wise but you guys still had a ball. You managed to get some fish ( small but edible). Good Afternoon Hamm Family ❤️ Still here. Still waiting for the rain 🌧️ Yay. I made it to the cabin video 😁 Weather is a fickle beast, especially when flying. Safety first. It's amazing how differently the sky looks: airport vs cabin. I'm so happy Mark and the boys made it safely. I've had a few scary flights: large and small planes. l love flying, but when those wheels touch down, my heart rejoices 🛩️ Bennett, aka, the Lumberjack 🪓 That swing looks like so much fun. Hunter is enjoying it. It took me a moment to realize Mark was on the rope bridge in the background. Too funny. The boys are braver than me with that polar plunge. Brrrr 🥶 I can't eat sculpin, but that flounder looks tasty - pan fry it in butter, garlic, lemon and dill, some coarse pepper, perhaps some capers... Yum 😋 Thank you for feeding the Eagles. A pleasant sight - the Eagles, not the carnage 🦅 Mark, are flounder easy to dress? It's been a while, but I'm used to dressing bass, snapper, trout and salmon 🐟 Hi Grandpa 🙋🏼‍♀️ Game nights/days are so much fun 🎲 Poor Everett. Don't worry the sun will be back ☀️ Loved the cabin and surrounding area tour. Quaint lil cabins are nice, especially when remote and the scenery is beautiful... rain or shine. The look on Hunter's face was priceless. Like, "seriously Mom. I'm having my switch time" 🎮 That stew looks yummy 😋 Bennett is having way too much fun 🏄🏼 I miss fishing with my Dad. Some of my best memories of him. Enjoy every moment 🥺 Kelp Greenling or Seatrout, now that's a fish I can eat: butter, garlic, shallots, cracked tri-color peppercorns and lemon... makes my mouth water 🤤 Awesome waterfall. Can I just climb up on the rock and be showered upon... bliss 💦 Love the rocky beaches and watching the guys collect treasures to bring back to the cabin 🏖️ Hunter on the ride back, Hoodie Addition: Wind 1 Hunter 0 Cool treasures: the pulley (?), the sponge and Mr Crab 🦀 Fish Tacos are delicious 🌮 When Bennett almost put the cast iron in the soapy water, my anxiety sky-rocketed... okay, perhaps that's a little dramatic, but still... yikes 😬 The Lumberjack has returned with his Apprentice. So sweet watching the older boys teaching the younger boys 🪵 Hunter, you're making me nervous teetering on that rope... I don't think that bouy will save you. I see you've repurposed your treasures for y'all's private playground. Good job. Oh my, now Bennett's doing it 😳 I do love seeing that the boys, including Mark, are having fun... smiles all around, including me 😁 Beach bonfire: an epic ending to a great trip, despite the weather. Its still a great week of adventures and fond memories 🤗 Three videos down 🎥 Have a great evening and weekend. Yah's Blessings ❤️

Flounder are pretty easy to clean. The smaller ones can be tricky because the cuts you make are basically the same on a small one as a large one, so it's easier to clean the larger ones as you don't have to make such small cuts along the spine. Thanks for watching and commenting :)
