Fantastic drive, love the close racing and seeing how you setup a pass, back off a bit then out brake with high corner entry speed then use momentum though and exit the corner for the pass. I got me an old ASA NASCAR chassis, they used to be legal in TA2. Going to build a low budget version of these TA2 cars. Got an old boss 302 race motor from a 1966 A-sedan race mustang, got a 67 mustang body. Made friends with Rafa's current team for free TA2 take off tires, got my first set already for setup. Some time and a bunch of Money... lol and I'll be doing this at the SVRA races.

Damn, that’s a big power jump from Miatas to TransAm. But I’m guessing that the years in Miata helped with car control, getting to know the tracks, etc. Great job out there. Winston Cup ambitions, if the budget allows it?

I would say the momentum car stuff helps with braking and learning how to carry speed into a corner. High HP cars are driven a bit different because corner exit and on-throttle time is so critical. Thank you! I'm always looking for opportunities to move up - I'd definitely like to do some NASCAR stuff at some point.
