Why would the Steelers trade Mike Tomlin? Who would they hire as his replacement? Mike Tomlin is not the issue in Pittsburgh. It is the personnel. Najee Harris is not a RB1. Neither is Jaylen Warren. George Pickens is not a WR1. Van Jefferson is not a WR2. Mike Williams is not the same after his injury. THE STEELERS DON'T HAVE GOOD OFFENSIVE SKILL PLAYERS in comparison to other teams in the NFL. THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!! They have arguably the weakest group of wide receivers in the NFL. They have average RB's that are 25th in the league in yards per carry when the Steelers have an OC whose schemes are run heavy. THE STEELERS NEED TO START JUSTIN FIELDS TO WIN IN THE PLAYOFFS. HAVE HIM RUNNING AND ROLLING OUT OF THE POCKET ALL DAY and hope the defense can do their part.

I don’t want George McCaskey trying to do Mike’s job for him. Stay in Pittsburgh until, king George moves on. Mike could take HBC team to the playoffs in the NFL. Let’s not underestimate how many overachieving teams Mike has had. Ben Roth was on crutches, they still made it to the playoffs.
