Baker is a leader because he is right there in the trenches fighting alongside his guys.

Brady took that Patriots mentality/ took his perfection personality to Tampa. 1st season 11-5 & went on the road in the playoffs n eventually won the super bowl 31-9. 2nd season 13-4...lost to the eventual super bowl champs Rams at home in divisional round. I personally believe if the Bucs O-line was healthy they could of repeated. 3rd season 8-9 injuries on both sides of the ball & Brady dealing with personal stuff recipe for bad season.

Please Excuse My Rant! Hey Buddy, I live in Jacksonville Florida. YOU are stressing me OUT! LOL! Let me show you what stress is? We have an 0-4 team. We just spent over $1B for a new stadium. Our neighborhoods are in decay. The crime rate is high! The team has to move for two-plus years while the new stadium is being built. Orlando will be blessed with two years of losses. Now that is a relief! Our city is divided. Our School System has failed and I mean literally and is $1B plus in debt with Sexual Abuse to kids rampant and inside of our BEST Schools. That Stress Factory QB brought your town a Super Bowl Championship. And NOT to mention GRONK! And Shannon lost to Jacksonville? STOP the whining excuses Tampa! LOL! If I was a TB Player I would be very very concerned about my chances of winning right about now!

Baker Mayfield ran out of Cleveland...bounced around till he landed in Tampa Bay...In other words he has no platform or won anything to even talk about Brady period.
